Welcome to Custom PakCo. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on material costs and currency fluctuations. A quote is not a binding contract until an order is confirmed.
All orders are subject to acceptance by Custom PakCo. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason. An order is only confirmed once we have received payment (or deposit, as applicable) and sent you an order confirmation.
Minimum order quantities vary by product type and are specified in our quotes. We reserve the right to adjust minimum order quantities at any time.
You are responsible for providing print-ready artwork that meets our specifications. We will provide artwork guidelines upon request. Artwork must be submitted in an acceptable format (PDF, AI, EPS, or high-resolution images).
Before production begins, you will receive a digital proof for approval. It is your responsibility to carefully review the proof for errors in spelling, grammar, design, colour, and dimensions. Once you approve the proof, we are not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.
While we strive for colour accuracy, slight variations between the digital proof and final printed product may occur due to differences in screen displays and printing processes. For exact colour matching, we recommend providing Pantone (PMS) colour codes.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licences for all artwork, logos, and content you provide. You agree to indemnify Custom PakCo against any claims arising from infringement of intellectual property rights.
For new customers, a 50% deposit is required before production begins. The remaining balance is due before shipping. Established customers may be eligible for alternative payment terms.
We accept payment by bank transfer (EFT), credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and PayPal. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified.
Overdue invoices may incur interest at a rate of 2% per month. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of Products until all outstanding payments are received.
Production times are estimates only and commence after proof approval and payment (or deposit) is received. Production times vary by product and quantity. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
Shipping costs are calculated separately and will be included in your quote. We ship to all Australian states and territories. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, natural disasters, or supply chain disruptions.
We stand behind the quality of our Products. All Products undergo quality control before shipping. If you receive Products with manufacturing defects, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Due to the custom nature of our Products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or errors made by Custom PakCo. Claims for defects must include photos and a detailed description of the issue.
If we determine that a defect is our responsibility, we will, at our discretion, either reprint the affected Products, provide a partial refund, or issue a credit for future orders.
Industry standard allows for a tolerance of +/- 10% on ordered quantities. You will be charged for the actual quantity delivered.
Orders may be cancelled before production begins, subject to a cancellation fee to cover administrative costs. Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled.
Changes to orders (including artwork, quantities, or specifications) may be made before production begins. Changes may affect pricing and production timelines. Changes cannot be made once production has commenced.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
